I think Reichii will wake up eventually and Chiharu will convince him to live with him and attend to therapy! This time Chiharu would be the one chasing after Reichii whilst Reichii would hesitate because he doesn’t want to hurt him anymore and this will fuel the beginning of a healthy relationship.

So I'm assuming since he was able to shed tears, he's most definitely going to wake up. Chiharu is waiting for him eagerly, which means he can't live without Reichii anymore. So it means they'll live together from now on. I'm glad.
Even though Chiharu and sanae were a perfect match, it changed. But it can't be helped, it was just that kind of story. I really like fucked up shit and the one where they can live together in the end are the most satisfying. Glad I read this!
