What if she's not really the God of that world? I mean, if that world was really based off of her novel, then wouldn't it be natural that she should have absolute knowledge of that world? What if she just had a glimpse of that world that made her write that novel? Or she had a past life there? Or some kinda shenanigan that made her aware of the story on that world?
But hey, this is just me thinking of the what ifs
