Help pls

I read a bl long back ago and can't remember it's name the story goes like this - the uke was actually dead but his soul possessed a therapist's body who had a car accident, the body owner even had a lover. Uke had no idea to whom his soul actually belongs to. But one day being a therapist he was assigned to a patient, the seme other than the body owner's lover(seme's sister forces him to go seek for a therapist) who seemingly made the uke remember something about himself more like he had already met the patient(seme) in his previous form before death, and as soon as he starts recalling his memories he then learns that he was a psychopath who was gonna kill the seme or something like that. I know my explanation doesn't really make sense but I hope I find the bl I'm looking for...
