Personally, I would say not it's not. It follows the abandoned/stolen/missing daughter of a noble troupe which isn't fundamentally wrong but this is boring. Just whrn you think the plot is moving forward and she will start to adapt to her new life, she gets back to that miserable life. It feels like the author has no idea what they are doing

Exactly. Didn't even give her time to develop before thrusting her back into something abusive. That would have at least made it interesting
