So I forgot the full story, but what I remember is that, the seme has some kind of weird body temperature (i think his body can be really cold), and uke is the one that can help the seme. One day the seme fell into a lake/river, and his body is so cold. Then the uke helps him by hugging/sleeping (i forgot) with him.
This manga takes place in modern time. Seme is businessman.
