His plan was to expose the congressman for the affair and kill the Seme, the only thing that didn’t happen was killing the Seme which was good since he would’ve eventually gotten arrested for it. It was also a good thing that the Seme was the one that was blamed because the congressman went after him instead of the uke. Also the newspaper at the end showed that the congressman was exposed for being involved in what the ukes dad was blamed for. Sure it sucks that he fell for the Seme but overall I’m satisfied with the ending
