Because he is trying to take revenge on someone who just go scammed out of his money, has a sister who needs money for education and a mother in the hospital, just because he broke up with him in high school. He also tried to make him stay by saying he will commit suicide and that is just extremely toxic and the seme had no obligation to give in to that. He needs a therapist, because he has obvious mental problems
