Since you know everyone here is twisted. So Dion saw that Roxie cared a lot about Asil and she cried a lot at his death, unlike Dion. Dion thought it would be nice if someone were to care for him that way too, but he knew that Roxie hates him, so he is trying to amplify that hatred so that Roxie thinks about him even if that feeling is of resentment. Something along the lines of "if she can't love me then I can make her hate me".
