So I'm searching for this manga. It's definitely BL.
The protagonist is a company spy and while on the job he meets the director(?) who looks like a foreigner. Protagonist writes memos in his phone to send the intel to another company or so. That director guy knows about protagonist-kuns job and he also has a maid that doesn't say much and doesn't smile much but she is very nice.
