I don't know, something like Akihiko saving his brother from danger, ends up recovering in the hospital and then the brother struck by Akihiko's action starts to feel 'brotherly' affection towards him so he runs to the hospital and give a huge hug to Akihiko and he looks surprised because he wasn't expecting this from his brother. That would be awesome!
