He's not that psychotic actually. xD he was just on edge the first time they met because he just had an assassin trying to kill him. But Kallisto and Penelope's relationship and chemistry is really great. All the other characters, be it the brothers, eclise or the mage ig his name was vinter? , all of them put a fantasized and better version of her on a pedestal. And when she doesn't act the way they expected her to or the way they wanted, they act like they're disappointed. And to me it felt like, Kalisto is the only one who saw and liked Penny for who she really is, not for his fantasized version of Penny.
