Em...the ml was wronged so why is the mc playing like a victim?(￣∇￣")

What happend was the mc felt bad for that happening and hated himself for not having the courage to stand up and be with the ml . Also hes been poisend doesnt know where he is and is being treated like hes crazy

i don’t think he’s victimizing himself, he’s just confused and he doesn’t understand the world n what’s going on. what happened in the past is behind them but he can’t get over it and still hurts because of it, he regrets what happened n feels extremely bad
