A lot of it has to do with either radical puritans or hardcore conservatives.
The thought of havin' sex with people before settling down with someone is absurd to them 'cause in their minds it's seen as bein' unfaithful for some reason. They don't take into consideration-- even in real life-- that people have their own free wills and are gonna do what they wanna do.
I grew up in a very strict conservative household and it took literally 5 years ago (I'm 28 this summer) to realize that what people do in the bedroom is not my business and it isn't shameful if someone is havin' good, safe fun in their spare time. Ironically it was my first ever one night stand who later on became my best friend that taught me each person has different sexual preferences and that to shame someone 'cause of this isn't right.
I get that people grow up in different environments but you can't sit there and be like "I don't like this kind of plot 'cause I grew up conservative and it's just wrong to me so you can't judge me" but then turn around and judge the people who see nothin' wrong with someone sleepin' with someone else before they are able to finally be with the person they love.
And as you stated it was probably durin' when Nagi's alpha genes maturing so he was taken advantage of when he was unstable-- to drop the story 'cause he was pretty much used when he didn't really know what to do is just petty.

I actively write fics or short stories for a cast of OCs my best friend and myself created that is ABO/omegaverse so I get the fated pair thing but at the same time I understand that not everyone meets their fated person right off the bat. Both of my OCs didn't meet theirs' till they were both in college so lol One was a sheltered child so he had 0 experience but the other was an active alpha eater since he was back in high school soooooo.

I get that people have their own opinions and that’s fine, I respect that. But saying that you’re dropping a manga that is an OMEGAVERSE because the seme laid in bed with someone else ONCE before meeting the uke again after years away from each other is plain childish because this is an omegaverse we’re talking about...
The majority of both seme and uke characters have been sexually active before meeting their lovers in the majority of stories and not only for omegaverse either. Sure you can drop it if you don’t like this fact but to complain about it? ಠ_ಠ
if you actually paid attention to the raws you’d be able to tell the seme was emotionally and/or mentally unstable at The time which was when he was in school (middle-highschool I can’t tell which) and an much older lady approached him when he wasn’t the most stable- not only that but he obviously regretted it A LOT and beat himself up about it from the looks of it.
