I know how you feel! But mangadex, where this is originally uploaded by the scanlators, shows that this only has 10 chapters. However, I found another website that states that there are 11 chapters in 3 volumes so I'm a bit confused at the moment myself. I guess we'll know when the next chapter is uploaded. I haven't read the raws so I don't know if she accepts his confession, ignores it, or plays it off as a joke. As it stands, looks like he's gonna be forever friendzoned.

I contacted the actual translator and this is the response I got:
Volume 03 was cut into weird chapters so it streched to 11 chapters. Chapter 09 that we released last night is actually the ending. (We combined 09-11 because we personally thought it was shit to cut things halfway) The chapter 10 that we will release next week is actually a special chapter where we think is important for readers to read because that’s what we consider as the real ending (even though we still think it’s not enough LOL)

Yup, that was the end. It boggles my mind to even try to think what the author was trying to accomplish with this story. Perhaps it got axed. I imagine the "special chapter" might have been in response to an uproar by the Japanese audience who were unhappy with the final chapter.
I like the story but I'm kinda getting tired of it (??) Like it doesn't happen much and it's the same thing over and over and now he had to almost die for her to realize she might like him and yet she still refuses to say something... Idk I think there's not enough plot it's just "I like him, now I like him now him and FINALLY I like you (I think) but I won't say anything for now
