Don’t quote me but apparently the kid is the illegitemate son of the kings younger brother who didn’t claim him so he lived on the streets. The kid had jewel silver eyes which he hated, he found the blue jewel eyes because( apparently the eyes choose their owners so it thought the kid deserved them).
Also the kid dies for some reason and this is the only time the kings younger brother actually acknowledges him as his child because the child tried to say he is his child but the ignored him. This is also why I hate the brother he’s an asshole.

I want to hate the red headed kid so much but I cant because of the spoilers I read but I can still dislike him because he is annoying and is disrespecting our Princess.
