It doesn’t always have to be labeled as bl even if it has queer representation, I’ve seen this several times in other stories that heavily imply the main characters a romance but isn’t the point of the story so they don’t label it that way :0

i don’t think yuri on ice is tagged under shounen ai right? but still the main couples are gay and canon also they even kissed so yeah(⌒▽⌒)
