well we are currently in the original timeline, before she died and went back in time if. this clears up the events leading up to her death and what happened after, what were her original relationships with the characters and all that, because in the beginning we only saw this play out from her point of view

when the background is completely black instead of white you know it's a jump back in time or a flashback, if that helps !
