Little explanation for those lost:
Seme = Cha Kyung Jo.
Uke = Woo Young.
Woo Young was "kidnapped" by his father. As we saw in previous chapters, his father does not approve of his relationship with Kyung Jo. He believes that Kyung Jo is only playing around with his precious baby.
Kyung Jo knew Woo Young's father took him. He also knows Woo Young's father doesn't take him seriously or like him. So to make sure he knows how serious he is about Woo Young, he was going to propose.
And propose he did. It just so happened that Woo Young is also pregnant after spending a rut with Kyung Jo.
