I kinda agree... it's not really gross but plain weird.
I get she going to that place. She didn't need a secluded spot, she needed to confirm wjat she knows about the folk songs and their effects. And there is where she could find someone else singing and see it for herself. Even more so if the nobility is prejudiced against thoss songs.
The clothes were the real bother... not for being short but for being that modern looking. The same goes for that singer, the clothes just don't fit with the thematic. Even if they tried to "disguise" her as being older so she could get inside that place... the clothes are to big of a mismatch.
Yeah, this arc has been a train wreck from start to finish... Even seeing the ML looking a bit older (not old enough, unfortunately) wasn't enough to make up for it （￣へ￣）
I think because it's illegal and considered taboo, if someone in the noble faction or a servant snitched it would get her family in trouble. The temple's control is what lead to quite a bit of problems in her future.
These past few chapters left me feeling kinda grossed out... like it doesn't sit right seeing a 12 year old go into a super sketch bar in the "bad part of town" just cause she wanted to sing folk songs. Especially when her property is many acres big, and you're saying she can't find a secluded spot? Like you can call me old fashioned, but her short skirt was literally like no thanks. And i'm only saying that cause all past dresses have been long, kinda victorian era inspired with long skirts and poofy sleeves... it just looks too modern to fit the story mood. it's like she going to a kpop idol audition. Even if she dressed up in a wookie onesie, it's still super awk and a big no for me. She's physically 12. btch doesn't even have Siri to call her parents in case she gets in trouble
