1.) I am big on story plot. But the translations are really bad. I'm sorry, I really am not trying to be mean just honest so there can be improvement.
2.) Aren't Eunuchs castrated? Or is that also a mixup in translation?

2.) Eunuchs are castrated, and the uke in here is as well. If you look, he has no balls and you can actually see the scars (the red lines)
