usually I'd say the same, but this is one of the very few situations where I think the uke really just doesn't want to be in any other position no matter what. I rarely ever read a yaoi where I don't strongly want a reversal. I wouldn't mind one for this story either though.

I don't mind the couples adopting "contradictory" sex positions, but I was hoping they would reverse at some point. I'm such a sucker for reversibles, so I find myself expecting it whenever a manga breaks away from tradition.
