Help!

There's a yaoi manga I read a little while back and one of the boys has really long hair and gets bullied and the bulls cut his hair. The boy put on shorts and a tank top and his mom's lipstick and went outside. These other guys tried to pick him up but one of the bullys save him. Than I can only remember the boy was eating lunch on the roof and the bully was up there putting on the lipstick too. Anyone know this manga????
