It didnt happen. And if you call that rape it would be an insult to everyone who has been raped. It could count as sexual harrassment tho.

i thought rape was defined as “penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.” and sexual harassment was sexual coercion and unwanted sexual attention. And in ch.4 he both said “no” and “stop...” and thought “i’m scared” i get that he might’ve just wanted to stop and talk before doing it but the other guy had no way of knowing that and at the end even thought to himself “he doesn’t even want to do this” after coming back to his senses. If i’m wrong please educate me if you’re willing to, but as of now i don’t understand how it isn’t rape.

isn’t rape forced sex though? Like rape can occur within a couple or people who like each other since having a relationship doesn’t necessarily give you consent just because the two parties have a romantic relationship?

The insuries are just on another level and cant be compared. When I was raped, I couldnt shit properly for a whole year bc of the injuries that the penetration caused. BUT the trauma can be the same even if there was no penetration. And even if someone was "just" touched it should be taken seriously and it can haunt them for their whole life!

I reread that chapter and it was ofcourse rape. When I read it the first time, I just flew over the panels because I dont care for sex scenes that much and didnt catch the rape. there’s no rape tag because it’s pretty new i assume but even so i feel like i should try and put a warning or something. It happens in chapter 4 between the main character and his love interest who he ends up dating.
