Before I even attempt this, can anyone tell me if it's a blood relation coupling? I'm seeing the sibling tag with no synopsis and it's scaring the shit outta me, but I'm intrigued cos the art looks awesome. Step siblings are cool but blood sibling aren't my thing....

    No there isnt. This is actually a sequel. The original is under the same title minus the + imouto
