I just respected how the author wrote that the female coworker still listened to both sides of the story and reflected on no matter what, the victim shouldn't be blamed on why they didn't defend themselves and believe them. The fact that the woman defended the man that was a victim of sexual harassment..made me tear up a bit because in reality it's hurtful how men could literally turn their selves back to even women they were in a relationship in because it was her fault that she was sexually harassed.
