Furries are people who dress up in animal suits. Beastiality is a sexual fetish that is frankly illegal and taboo where someone has sex with an animal.
Simplest answer is one is where you have sex with a creature that cannot give its consent (beastiality) . And the other, is where the person/creature has the ability to verbally give consent (furry). So... have sex with a sheep, that would be beastialty. Have sex with a werewolf or a person dressed like one, would be considered furry.
