No I find it very funny i think there are intentional funny moments here an example when he is thinking with such a serious face and you realize his butt cheeks are getting slapped as a punishment. (the faces cracks me up most of the time). It's not because it's dark that it can't get funny too.
I've read a lot of horror/tragedy mangas with comedy in it and I kinda dig it!
Why am I laughing? For a supposedly dark story this manages to be unintentionally funny asf.
