I don't really know if you talk about Hara-sensei (black hair with beard) or the young and tall guy that talked with Saijou but both of them appear in the spin off Sora to Hara

It’s the young male lover of Hara-sen’s old teacher. Huge age gap couple. I can’t remember which series/chapters they appeared in.
Found them. The young guy is Sano, and the old guy is Arisaka-sensei. They appear in chs. 5-7 of Sora to Hara!

it was so great....... But srsly who was the guy with male partner one . The series had long updating and kind of spread out that I forgot some of the characters.
