Due to me reading way too much gore and psychological things these days I almost thought that the guy is someone shady who puts something in the food that make people fatter and addicted to it. He hates prideful people because of some past and after she gain way too much fat, hes going to chop her and use her as meat then put the same sht he put in the meat before and use it to the next target and the cycle continues.
