i was confused about it i even reread it twice lol. what i've thought about is that that part of footbridge is not that much open and they probably arrived to a less travelled part (long footbridges has that 'blindsides') since there's no commuters passing them.

I don't hate it but kinda weird...like isn't there other people who passed by on the bridge and its in daylight
