Well they never talk about whether male omegas have mammary glands typical makes don't it's a fat pad with a nipple. So yes while male omega have a uterus they have never talked about their chests having the same characteristics as women
Yep, they usually leave that part out. I understand though since they aren't women. I guess all omega needs is the ability to have a child.
Men have mammary glands and can even get breast cancer, so in the omegaverse it wouldn't be a stretch for an omega to lactate. I loved seeing the breast feeding here but whether an omega lactates or not is up to the author.
I was just thinking that it's interesting to see an author incorporate it into their manga since I haven't seen it in others. It's nice to see something new in an omegaverse manga.

I like how Kazuma breastfeeds. In other omegaverse the male omegas don't even lactate. If they can get pregnant one would think they would.
