as a monster, mc is powerful. whereas he's weak as a human. he's quite the generic hero type (tenacious, hardworking, courageous, selfless, a big help at the most crucial moment). the plot isn't draggy. the fight scenes aren't draggy. characters aren't stupid but diverse. character developments for important characters. there is probably romance.
one of the few shoujo romance manga I love and read again
I've only read the first chapter of the main manga and dropped it, but this sequel is soo good. like they would be winning initially, but then start losing, and then win, and then lose... damn so stimulating.
i initially thought this would be a "clueless generic mc surrounded by hot gals who are trying to win his favor" shit. well, it is kinda like that. mc is bland, but the girls are a nut case. like, so crazily in love with him that they would do stuff like lying about their whole life, or getting plastic surgery. so many plot twists.
