This is so beautifully written. Absolutely amazing story of coming to terms with new feelings as adolescents.
Kazu and Moto are childhood friends. A flippant statement from a friend makes Kazu realize that his like for Moto extends beyond friendship. He desperately tries to get over it but ends up hurting Moto because of his jealousy and puts their friendship in danger. The way they understand each other and communicate with each other is so beautiful. The emotions and doubts are well captured.
Not very angsty, no typical cliches, not too deep either. Overall wholesome and well made. Definitely a good read.
Simple story of childhood friends to lovers. The fun elements come from a bunch of local thugs who keep challenging Kou to fights and keep getting beat up. Overall a fluffy story without much rhyme or reason.
Adapted from a very well-written novel with beautiful art - Jang Jaeyoung, a design student and Chu Sangwoo, a computer science student are opposites that had only 1 thing in common - they attended the same mandatory course and were assigned to the same group project. It ended with Jaeyoung failing the subject, having to stay back for another semester and missing his opportunity to study abroad. He starts off blaming Sangwoo and sets out to take revenge in a very unique way...
Cliche but fun and well done manga. The characters are cute and fluffy and not malicious or mean. Shinobu is Clark Kent at work - a bumbling general affairs guy who hates how Hikaru from sales acts all prince-y around the women. At night, Shinobu becomes Supe... I mean Ninnin, the heart-throb and regular customer of a gay bar. But then, Hikaru decides to visit the gay bar to also have men fawn over him the way women usually do and Shinobu is scared of his double-life being busted.
I put it in this list coz I didn't know how to characterize it. I really liked it but it wasn't really a picker upper. It's not all that off the beaten track either. Eventually, I went with this for lack of options. Overall, a good story worth the time.
A very beautifully done story about a stable, wholesome relationship. It's not completely equal because Satoshi is 2 years older and more mature but Keita compensates for it with passion, straight-forwardness and honesty that forms the backbone of their relationship. Overall, a really good read.
