Uke got in a traumatic experience where he lost his brother and parents and he is suicidal due to it. His brother helped him out of the car but he tried to save his parents resulting to him dying.

On chapter 38 uke is thought to be trying to take his life but actually he was just letting go of the deceased. (His brother and his miscarried child)
