The line art and shapes are what makes this artstyle unique. The line varies in thickness and rarely has any tapering, creating a marker-like brush texture. The strokes come in doubles, which gives it texture and depth.
I personally love how the hair and faces are drawn in a way that is fluid and very natural. The characters almost come alive because of the variety in line quality and shapes that create a less rigid artwork.
9/10, one my favorites to look at.
The anatomy plus shading is immaculate and pleasant to look at. Hands and eyes are the charming points of this webtoon. Soft toned and good contrast with shading that doesn’t hurt the eyes.
9/10, just good anatomy mixed with shading makes it overall nice to look at.
The line work in this webtoon is very dynamic. The thick and thins work together well that makes the character look soft and squishy, contrasting the dark themes from the story.
The thickness of the line grows when it is drawn away from the body and grows thinner when it gets closer. Ex. End of nose is thick, bridge of nose is thin, end of elbow is thick, arm is thin.
9/10, it’s consistent and very unique.
When it comes to expressions and atmosphere, the artist knows how to match the story’s mood and tone. The thickness and sharp, detailed look of the eyes are both scary and beautiful.
Though a little rough and inconsistent at the beginning, the art improves later in the story.
8/10, fitting and nice to look at
Although it may be a webtoon, it really does well with looking realistic enough to not be thrown off when they’re nakey. When it comes to BL, I don’t like reading the scenes if the anatomy is bad because it just looks like lumps of meat clumping together and generally unpleasant to look at. But this one does a good job at not doing that.
6/10, good to look at for anatomy
Eye candy because the faces suit my kind of style.
