interesting characters and storyline. felt like the climax and wrap-up happened too fast. i would have liked to know more about iris' and bent's backstories. beautiful art.
pretty, kind of mysterious aura mixed with the scientific- beautiful art.
i'm not sure i entirely trust nishina either- it must be hard to have someone as a 'partner' who wants so much to be 'normal.' i do think that the mangaka conveyed the depths of their feelings, esp. longing and regret pretty well, tho. nice art.
cute, fluffy. second couple moved a little fast once they got together. decent art.
very cute- the need to feel safe/have the presence of a loved one to be able to sleep. why didn't kuzumi mention the co-sleeping service earlier? duh, because then we wouldn't have this cuteness.
i reaaaally don't know how to rate this. the delivery guy was semi-hot in a very creepy way- that door scene was amazing. but the elevator scene was disturbing, and the author doesn't elaborate how the MC feels about what happened- did he enjoy it? he moved, so was he disturbed? he feels caught by that tongue- does he enjoy being reeled in or does he fear being devoured? creepy, thought-provoking, intense.
cute, fluffy. i love delinquents in love.
this is one of the first stories where i really didn't want the MCs to be together. hiriki was a genuinely nice guy, and although i liked endo's honesty, and thought he pushed hiriki to be a better person, i didn't sense affection there. the whole demon thing seemed to morph to fit the needs of the story, as well, which made it a bit predictable and inconsistent. still liked enough of it for the three stars- really did like hiriki, gorou, and the whole 'online dating is hell thing.' nice art.
had high hopes for this and i was disappointed in the end- not enough backstory for angie, hard to tell what was flashback and what was present, and since there was so much made of what would become of hiro as a dancer in the future, it feels incomplete without a timeskip. apparently, the official version (whereever that is) has more content that may address these issues. still, enough good stuff here to enjoy and nice art- manly men!
pretty shounen-ai two- and three-shots. felt like the first couple needed more resolution- and i really did like their story, so that was disappointing. 'metamorphosis' was very good, but some of the translation needs work- i didn't really understand the pivotal conversation. 'by his side' was also good, but didn't quite have the feels i thought it aimed for. wish the first story showed the sexy bits, too. very nice art.
