Triggers: Age difference
>>Seme is ex-teacher of student and they reunite years later after student graduates and is in college. So, seriously, this is a healthy portrayal of a gay couple who happen to be 10y(?) apart.
Story: Loved the sane, consensual, and natural progression of the relationship between Morimoto (Uke) and Jinno (Seme) relationship. It was like the satisfying 'click' of the last puzzle piece sliding into place.
Excludes v2c6.
Triggers: Underage sex, Minor/Minor, Dubcon
>>Both semes are pushy, especially the second one, who tends to touch Uke w/o permission and doesn't wait for explicit consent to have sex. But both couples are overall cute.
Plot: I like how the first Uke is delinquent-like, but loves sweets, cute things, cats, and falls for Seme because if Seme can love an ugly cat, maybe he can love his scary-ass face.
Triggers: Dubcon, assault
>>While Seme was having a dream, he forcibly made out with Uke until Uke could wake him up.
Plot: I'm a fan of supernatural elements added to otherwise normal life. That's why I love omegaverse, hanahaki, etc., and this heart-shaped skin marking ticks all the boxes. I just don't like the execution of the plot in this manga, unfortunately.
Excludes chp 5.
Triggers: Underage sex, Adult/Minor, Incest between cousins, dubcon
>>Seme has touched Uke several times w/o consent, until Uke finally put his foot down.
Plot: Even though the execution falls short of total satisfaction and goes a little fast, the idea between the Seme and Uke were cute. It would've been fun to see more moments between them.
Triggers: Age difference, attempted murder, ostracization
>>Uke is thrown away by his village for his powers. His mom ends up dying because no one will give them medical attention. Later, the village blames a typhoon on Uke and tries to kill him.
Plot: I love that this is based in long-ago Japan. xD And I also love Seme (Kisagiri) and Uke (Amane)--two outsiders--coming together to uncover each other's wounds and heal them as they explore the world together.
Triggers: Incest, Assault
>>Seme was in relationship with his cousin. Also kisses Uke w/o consent somewhere in the first chapters lol.
Story: I love how their relationship progresses from Seme being Uke's rival and Seme being aloof to Uke --> to --> Uke being the reason why Seme continued acting and Seme teaching Uke how to healthily deal w/anxiety.
Triggers: Assault, Dubcon
>>Seme is coward and uses work + fangirls as an excuse to touch Uke, making him uncomfortable and coercing Uke to go along with it.
Story: Uke is 43 and Seme is 31. So it's great to see such an age bracket in BL, even if I found the content lukewarm at best.
Triggers: Age difference, Grief/Loss
>>Honestly, nothing comes off the top of my mind. Uke deals with PTSD from losing his family, but there's nothing regarding like...toxic relationships. Because Uke and Seme are a healthy, cross-species couple ^^
Story: The moment I found out who Uke was in a past life JFC xD That made the entire story for me.
Triggers: Dubcon
>>In one of the side stories, Uke is an incubus who tries to fuck Seme while he's asleep.
Story: It was really fun to read the side-stories. Smut was great. xD
Triggers: Underage, Adult/Minor, Assault
>>Uke is a highschoolers, Seme is I-have-no-idea years old. While at a school festival, Uke is assaulted by a pervert, which is in chp 4.
Story: General cuteness. Not much stands out about this manga. But the storyline is cute enough that I want to keep it on my 'cute list'.
