I. Love. This. Manga. (MC is much more likeable in the light novel series, though he is a very unreliable narrator). Be warned: MC has serious internalized homophobia AND the entire cast expects him to follow local customs while knowing damn well he arrived knowing NOTHING about their culture. *eye twitch*

A story about a boy and his pet . . .the king of demons. So cute.

Oga is really a fairly decent single, delinquent, teen father to a bouncing baby demon.

A boy with underdeveloped wings becomes attendant to a new god. As fluffy as the MC's kami-sama.

God of the shrine intervenes in a rather surprising way. Much better than I thought it would be.

Shrine caretaker who is the vessel for the 12 zodiac animals meets the vessel of the cat, who was excluded from the zodiac. Gives me a teeny tiny reminder of Fruits Basket.

A beautiful classic. Light on "romance".
