Beautiful art. Both characters are NOT your typical nice guys. They have blurred definitions of morality and the entire story is full of strong mature topics, such as prostitution, drugs, violence, and rape.
The plotline is undeniably unique and oddly attractive. In short, it's really addictive.

The first couple is my favourite. I loved their chemistry and the fact that both of them, despite so much time has passed, were unable to let go of their past. Which is why once they re-encountered, sparks flew. And this time, they decided not to let each other go.

This manga has one of the best plots I've ever encountered. Can't say its really unique (abandoned prince+a coup is a pretty classic combo), but the way the author lays out the storyline and characters, the way the author draws out the conflict one by one, and the way how the author uses some symbols to highlight some key ideas, is just pure genius.

Enchanting. Blew me away with its breathtaking characters and plot.
A must read for any who enjoys historical mangas.
