The main character starts off okay but it's as if she gets dumber with each chapter and her stupidity isn't even funny it's quite annoying actually.

Not the best, but I've read some worse manga/manhwa compared to this. This is okay enough for me to keep reading. The female lead most of the time acts recklessly. After traveling through time and going back to the past, she suddenly lost the poise she had when she was in her original time. At least she is still knowledgeable in the medical field. Will still keep reading.
