A very realistic Mc. His personality and ways of thinking are most original for a romance in the sense that they're thouroughly built. It's the first time I saw a story this cute being this plausible. :) I recommend it if you like shounen ai mixed with slice of life.
NOOOO I WANTED MORE OH MY GODDD there were so many tension and anxiety and worries written that resonated with me, and it kept me at the edge of my seat while i was reading. I just really, REALLY wish it was longer. Idk. This story felt incomplete and underexplored but atst it was very heart-throbbing and relatable. I love it.
It really spoke to me, this one The awkwardness and the impact there loneliness had in their life's is very palpable. I liked the way it was represented.
Also, se art is gorgeous. Unfortunately it ends as soon as they get together, Wich sucks.
Oddly enough this was a fairly intense read for me!! When I clicked onto this title, I didn’t have much expectations, hence the tense mood really surprised me. I commend the author for writing somewhat “unlikeable” characters and being able to capture the raw emotions that overthinking causes. Both the character writing and fairly simple plot were executed in a such a tasteful way for the few chapters it has. The characterization was so smooth that I caught myself both criticizing yet empathizing with the MC. Which I really appreciate because it fleshes out the character, making him more human, less one dimensional, and even relatable at times! It was genuinely painful awkward to read, but I liked it. I would have given a higher rating if the manga was a bit longer TT I would’ve loved to see the mangaka further develop the characters and reveal more of the ML’s motives. Especially since the ML intentions weren’t as clear until the end. The development of both their demeanors and relationship would’ve been interesting to witness. However, I’m not completely disappointed with the open interpretation standpoint ^^
honestly I found their interactions to be tense and awkward to get through, but still, the characters (especially the mc) were relatable so awkward as it may have been, this was still a fun read
edit- the way the mc rambles in his head so much and is constantly tweeting about every minor inconvenience is both cute and something I deeply resonate with, I love him so much
