If you're reading this 'cause you wanna read the sequel, it's just the first two chapters that are about the mangaka and his older brother. And there's a very short extra in the last chapter.
There are three other stories besides that one and they're all weird. The one with the childhood friends was the best one, the other two couples just have no chemistry. I could've liked the Ryokan story if the master was the seme... but alas
