8--this wasn't as cute or lighthearted as i expected. We never really got the uke's backstory which i think would have helped the story and explained his need for love

This beautiful slow burn manages to tell a pure and emotional story in spite of the topics it addresses. The seme discovers the meaning of love and the uke meets someone who loves him back. Both of them are well-written characters with their own individual personality. The art is gorgeous and the characters are hot.

When he finds Kousaka selling himself on a gay prostitution site, he orders him then says he'll pay for all Kousaka's shifts so he doesn't have to sell himself, and the two end up getting closer. Very cute story about a former yakuza learning to love. Trigger warnings: sex work, cheating, kidnapping.
