Flowers of Evil, sort of. Though only he finds someone new. She does get resolution, though. She honestly needed to find peace more than she needed a boyfriend, so I think it all turned out well. A very well written, emotional story, though not for everyone. Some might see it as juvenile, but it's really so much deeper than it appears on the surface.
I'd love to read about some dysfunctional couple (i.e. cheating, jerk, etc) breaking up and them actually finding other people that are better for them (づ￣ ³￣)づ
Points if the jerk knows what they lost.
